Having considered the materials, prima facie, disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in cultivating poppy on a large scale and since he had absconded for more than six years, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 44 of 2022 is dismissed.
