In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for waiving the conditions imposed on 17.02.2025 while releasing the petitioner on bail.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner is staying within the jurisdiction of Sonarpur Police Station and has been complying with the conditions regularly.

The trial of the case is in progress. However, since 17.02.2025 there has been no change of circumstances, consequently, at this stage, I am of the view that the application do not require any lenient consideration. Petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer after the period of six months. At this stage, CRAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed.
