Having considered the materials, prima facie, disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in causing grievous injury on the victim, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 45 of 2022 is dismissed.
