In view of the above, proceeding with the case any further shall only be a futile exercise.

The revisional application being CRR 45 of 2023 is allowed.

The proceeding being GR 1029 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 20th Court, Calcutta is quashed.

CRAN 1 of 2023 and CRAN 2 of 2024 are accordingly disposed of.
