1. Supplementary affidavit filed in court today is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, as a final demolition order dated June 3, 2025 has already been passed. He States that the present writ petition has become infructuous, as it was filed only to challenge the work-stop notice that had been issued. He reserves his right to challenge the said demolition order in accordance with law.

3. In view of the same, he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. (Gaurang Kanth, J.)
