The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench by an order dated 25.01.2021 passed in CRM No.141 of 2021. The anticipatory bail was granted on, inter alia, the condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once a week on and from February 2, 2021 until further orders.

The petitioner says that he has complied with such condition scrupulously.

The State fairly submits that the petitioner has been complying with such condition. Now, the petitioner prays for relaxation of such condition to the extent that he may be permitted to meet the Investigating Office once a month.

In view of the fair stand of the State and also since the petitioner has shown his bona fide by complying with the direction in the earlier order till date, we are inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer.

Accordingly, the order dated 25.1.2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of the case once every month starting from October 1, 2021, until further orders.

The other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

I. A. C.R.A. N. 1 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.) (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
