for correction of a typographical error that has inadvertently crept up in the order dated 22nd January, 2021.

The last paragraph of the first page should be read as "the writ petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the respondent No.2, the Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner strictly in..............................." The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
