August 26, 2022 UPON READING a petition of Md. Ziaur Rahaman Molla. and the affidavit of verification thereof, dated 22nd June, 2020 and the annexures to the said petition and upon hearing Mr. Arif Ali, learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

IT IS ORDERED that a Rule do issue calling upon the alleged contemnor-opposite party namely Nasiruddin Molla @ Mithun (respondent no.4), son of Late Mohiuddin Molla, residing at Y-1/1, Dr. Abdul Khabir Road, P.S. Rajabagan, Kolkata-700044, as mentioned in the contempt application (CPAN 349 of 2020) to show cause why he should not be committed to prison or otherwise penalized or dealt with for having willfully and deliberately violated the Order dated 24.02.2020 passed by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta in F.M.A. 542 of 2020.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pendency of this Rule shall not preclude the alleged contemnoropposite party to comply with the Order dated 24.02.2020.

The Rule is made returnable on September 16, 2022 at 10.30 A.M.

On the returnable date, IT IS ORDERED the alleged contemnor-opposite party no.4 aforesaid shall appear personally before this Court at 10.30 A.M. and shall not leave Court without permission.

Let the Rule be served personally on the alleged contemnor-opposite party.

Requisites be put in forthwith.
