Petitioner is in custody for 410 days. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was a member of the unlawful assembly and actively participated by throwing bombs. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and as bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
