This Court does not find that any complaint was lodged before the Officer-in-Charge, Daspur Police Station with regard to allegations made by the petitioner, against the respondent no.5.

If the petitioner approaches the Officer-inCharge, Daspur Police Station by filing a complaint, the same shall be looked into in accordance with law. The police authorities will take necessary steps as the petitioner alleges that his daughter has been missing since long.

With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
