Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there has been hardly any progress in connection with Bansdroni PS Case No.

of dated 28.09.2024.

According to the petitioner he has been deprived of his dues but in spite of that, police authorities except issuing notices under section 94 of the Cr.P.C. has not taken up any appropriate and effective steps for progressing with the investigation of the case.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report.

Certain communications have been forwarded to authorities for assessing regarding the

genuineness of the respondent/company concerned. The same is awaited.

Police authorities have taken steps but in the interest of justice police authorities are directed to expedite the process and take such step so that effectively the investigation can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations WPA 313 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the state be kept with the record.
