In Re: C.A.N. 4 of 2021 Mr. Swapan Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the appellants and submits that C.A.N. 4 of 2021 is an application praying leave to withdraw the present Second Appeal. He further submits that since the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled, the appellants are not willing to proceed with the present Second Appeal. Accordingly, C.A.N. 4 of 2021 is allowed.

S.A. 681 of 1982 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The connected applications are also disposed of accordingly.
