Execution Case No. 57 of 2015 under Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 now pending before the Court of the learned 7th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Trial Court shall make all endevour to dispose of the execution case expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order. It appears that the execution case relates to the year 2015.

Criminal revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
