The petitioner is aggrieved by the warrant of arrest so issued on or about February 2020. The petitioner intends to avail of his remedies before the court of law and further submits that there has been change of circumstances. The warrant of arrest so issued by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24Parganas be stayed till 31.01.2021. The petitioner is granted liberty to exhaust his remedy within the said period. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 30 of 2021 is disposed of.
