Upon receiving a complaint against the husband and the parents-in-law, the police authorities made an enquiry.
Thereafter, the petitioner informed the police authorities that she did not have any allegation against her husband and inlaws. Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. If in future, the petitioner approaches the police authorities, the police authorities shall act and proceed in accordance with law. The police report is kept on record.
The writ petition is dispose of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
