Mr. Bihani, learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that in the first paragraph of the order the name of the college has been inadvertently mentioned as B. R. Ambedkar College, Nadia while the petitioner, in fact, is serving as an Assistant Professor of English at Rishi Bankim Chandra College (Day), Naihati, 24 Parganas (N).

Having regard to the nature of the prayer as made in the application I am inclined to dispose of the same by incorporating the following correction in the second line of the first paragraph of the order dated January 15, 2024.

The name of the college should be read as Rishi Bankim Chandra College (Day), Naihati, 24 Parganas

(N) instead and in place of B. R. Ambedkar College, Nadia.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated January 15, 2024.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
