Ct. 8 The parties are not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on their behalf. Even on the earlier occasion i.e. on 15th June, 2022 the parties had remain un-represented. Moreover, we find that the order dated 22nd June, 2017 has not been complied with. The appellants have not taken any steps for effecting service of notice of the appeal and for preparation of paper books. Under such circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 22nd June, 2017 as reported by the department in its order dated 14th June, 2022 and also for nonappearance on behalf of the appellants. In view of the dismissal of the appeal, the connected application being, CAN 1 of 2006 (old CAN 3679 of 2006) is also dismissed.
