Ms. Suchismita Dutta, learned advocate for the appellant is present. However, no learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge was entrusted to conduct the instant appeal.

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy is present in Court. Mr. Roy, learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge along with Mrs. Rita Dutta, learned advocate is requested to conduct this case on behalf of the State respondent to which he has agreed.

Engagement of Mr. Roy as Public Prosecutor-in-Charge along with Mrs. Dutta, learned advocate in the instant case be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor. The appeal is taken up for hearing. I have heard the learned advocate for the appellant in part. At this stage, the learned public Prosecutor-in-Charge submits that he requires a copy of the paper book to which Mrs. Dutta has agreed to supply a copy of the paper book to Mr. Roy in course of this day.

Matter be fixed on 22nd December, 2021 for further hearing.
