The respondent is also not represented.

It appears that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the matter.

Under such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

This order shall be communicated to the Secretary, Calcutta High Court Legal Services Committee for information and doing the needful.
