This revisional application has been filed for preponing the date of ex parte hearing of Title Suit No.322 of 2018, which has already been fixed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Xth Bench, Calcutta on March 23, 2021. The suit is proceeding ex parte against the defendants. In this pandemic situation, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned and the learned court below will continue with the hearing of the suit on the next date fixed. It is made clear that the hearing as fixed on March 23, 2021, shall be taken up and the suit will proceed expeditiously and in accordance with law, unless the learned court below is prevented by cogent reasons from taking up the same.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
