Any deposit made by the appellant shall be transmitted to the court below to the credit of Money Execution Case No. 24 of 2009 now pending before the learned 1st Court, Civil Judge, Barasat. The respondents decree holder shall be entitled to proceed with the execution of the decree.

Let the LCR be sent back to the Court below.

Registry shall communicate this order to the Court below.

Since the appellant is above 80 years old, the court below shall dispose of the execution proceeding expeditiously.
