W.P.A. 215 of 2021 (Sekh Saminudin vs. CESC Limited & Anr.) Mr. Indranil Halder ....For the Petitioner Mr. Suman Ghosh .... For the CESC The disputes raised by the petitioner pertain to splitting of load of an electric connection.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondents CESC that the disputes raised by the petitioner ought to be adjudicated by the OMBUDSMAN in terms of the extant Regulations.

In view of the aforesaid, W.P.A. 215 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the OMBUDSMAN to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from date after giving right of hearing to all the affected parties.

The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the OMBUDSMAN within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 215 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
