Kundu ....for the State Petitioners claim parity with regard to other co-accused granted anticipatory bail by the order dated December 23, 2021 in CRM 6669 of 2021. He submits that, the criminal complaint is put out of a civil suit filed by the father of the petitioner no. 1. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the fact that there is a civil suit pending in respect of a Deed of Gift and considering the fact that the civil suit is considering that the other co-accused were granted anticipatory bail on such basis by the order dated December 23, 2021, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of

Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner no. 1 (Pradip Pandey) shall meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till the conclusion of the investigation and petitioner no. 2 (Supriyo Pandey) shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required till the conclusion of the investigation and on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court on every date fixed and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
