1. This application has been filed for relaxation of the condition upon the petitioners that he is complying with all the directons imposed upon him while grating the order of bail in his favour. He has come before this Court for relaxation of such condition.

2. Learned Prosecution has furnished a report and the same be kept with the record, which reveals that the petitioner is complying with the directions and presently residing within the place of Rampurhat. That apart, all the witnesses have been examined except the I.O.

3. In view of above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined the prayer of the petitioner. Hence the condition imposed upon the petitioner is hereby waived.

4. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
