Ms. Gulsanwara Pervin ....for the petitioner The Coke Oven Police Station, AsansolDurgapur Police Commissionerate, Burdwan, has filed a report before this Court dated 08.02.2023, which is kept with the record.

It appears that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed. The matter has been fixed before the Special POCSO Court for framing of charges. All the accused have been taken into custody.

Leave is, however, granted to the learned Advocate on record of the petitioner to apply under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P.C. in the Court below where the charge sheet has been filed, if omissions are fond in the charge sheet.

Such leave is granted since the victim is a deaf and dumb girl and her father is a poor labourer. In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
