Mr. Ghose, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant, who was appellant no.3. He submits, in disposed of substitution application being CAN 2459 of 2002, there were certain errors. Hence, the amendment, if carried out, will also be erroneous. For rectification of those errors this application has been filed. CAN 6 of 2021 is allowed. Rectifications indicated in the application be deemed to have been made in CAN 2459 of 2002 and thereafter the amendment on substitution be carried out.

CAN 6 of 2021 is disposed of.
