This Court has considered the report of the Registry of this Court dated 27th September, 2024. 2.

It appears from the said report that Vakalatnama has not been filed by the learned Advocate for the appellants, Mr. Haradhan Banerjee. It further appears therefrom that the learned Advocate for the respondent, namely, Mr. Samar Kumar Chatterjee has not obtained no objection from the erstwhile Advocate while filing Vakalatnama dated 20th June, 2006.

It seems to this Court that the appellants are not interested in pursuing or defending the appeal. 4.

The instant appeal shall stand dismissed for default.

In view of dismissal of the appeal itself, all the pending connected applications are dismissed. 6.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

T.C.R., if any, be returned to the Court below.

The parties and/or Registry of this Court shall communicate a copy of this order to the Court below for necessary information.
