Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there is a counter police complaint.

We perused the materials in the case diary.

A person suffered injury of fracture on the scalp. Such injured names the petitioner as the assailant. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 47 of 2024 is dismissed.
