Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instruction to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. It is pertinent to mention here that the order impugned passed by the Additional District Magistrate and District Land and Land Reforms Officer, Jhargram on 8th August, 2022 is amenable to appeal under Rule 51 of the West Bengal Minor Minerals Rules, 2016.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
