Report submitted by Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that the police authorities have attempted on 13.03.2023 and 24.04.2023 to arrest the petitioner by way of executing the warrant of arrest. Thereafter the non-execution report was submitted before the learned trial court and the learned trial court was pleased to issue proclamation and subsequently attachment.

I find at this stage that the proclamation and attachment orders have been implemented and the same has been completed on 21.12.2023. The present revisional application was thereafter filed before this Court. Having considered the fact that the orders relating to attachment has already been executed by the police

authorities, I am not inclined to interfere with the subject matter of challenge relating to proclamation and attachment so issued. Accordingly, CRR 35 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
