His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority.

The grievance of the petitioner is that an application was filed before the ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barasat on 13th of December, 2023 in respect of allowing the petitioner to enter the residential house. The said application has been kept pending without fixing any date. Mr. Gupta submits that the next date has been fixed on 30th of January, 2024.

Accordingly, ld. jurisdictional court, in seisin, of the matter would call for a report from the prosecution on the said date and fix a date within a month so that the application can be disposed of taking into account the plight of the present petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 36 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
