None appears on behalf of appellants. Same situation prevailed on 18th June, 2021 when following order was made:

"The second appeal tender is of year 1989. Two defects of form have been reported. First is the appeal can be moved for admission subject to application for analogous hearing as two appeals were heard and disposed of analogously by the lower appellate court. Consequently, further correction in form of retaining one case number. None appears on behalf of appellants.

Let notice enclosing copy of this order be issued to the learned advocate for taking steps to remove the defects. In event no steps have been taken or appellants continue to go unrepresented or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.

List in monthly list of August, 2021."

Noting dated 30th July, 2021 says the postal article was returned unserved with endorsement 'Not Found'. Printed list has been published. The defect regarding analogous hearing and consequent correction can be removed after the appeal is moved for admission. We are convinced appellants have lost interest.

SA 250 of 2001 is dismissed.
