Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being restrained from cultivating the land and harvesting the crops. On an appreciation of the materials which have been enclosed along with the writ petition, I find that the issue relating to right of the petitioner is pending before the LRTT. As such, the police authorities cannot act without the specific order of the Tribunal while the Tribunal is already in seisin of the issue. If any order is passed by the appropriate authority concerned and information is furnished, the police authorities will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 367 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
