2. In view of such, let the following, namely: 'CR 2903 of 1977' be incorporated with CR 2902 of 1977 at the heading of the order dated 17th December, 2025.

3. Department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order dated 17th December, 2025, in terms of this order.

4. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 17th December, 2025.
