The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Kultali Police Station. In T. S. No. 246 of 2020, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Baruipur has passed an order of status quo regarding the nature and character of the property and the respective possession of the petitioner and the private respondents.

Subject to the order of status quo subsisting as on date, Kultali Police Station shall ensure strict compliance of the order of the Civil Court.

The petitioner shall, however, obtain a formal order from the court below on the Kultali Police Station, which the police shall strictly comply. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
