Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that petitioner was involved in the offence of dacoity on a highway. Charge has been framed.

We have considered the materials on record. Though petitioner had suffered protracted detention, the offences are grave and charge has already been framed. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Trial court is requested to conclude the trial at an early date preferably within six months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
