Mr. Sk. Saifuddin ... for the petitioner Name not supplied by WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of an electricity connection to the petitioner's submersible pump at the subject premises.

On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that notwithstanding having duly informed the petitioner, no steps have been taken for completion of any of the formalities including setting up a meter room and boring of the well. In view of the above failure of the petitioner, WPA 455 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to comply with all necessary formalities in accordance with law and intimate the WBSEDCL forthwith.
