This application relates to a prayer for expeditious disposal of the stay application filed in connection with the Appeal being BTA 202 of 2022.

The prayer for early disposal of the stay application does not required any notice to be served upon the opposite parties.

Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Learned Chairperson Municipal Building tribunal is requested to dispose of the stay application in connection with the Appeal being BTA 202 of 2022 preferable within this month.

In the meantime no coercive measure should be taken prior to disposal of the stay application. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Chairperson Municipal Building Tribunal.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
