He met with an accident and was granted leave by the ECL.

By reason of such accident, the petitioner has suffered disability which was examined by the medical board of the ECL. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the ECL that the suitability or otherwise for continuation of job or for any other purpose is pending consideration with the ECL. In these circumstances, let a suitable communication be issued by the ECL to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. Due consideration shall be made taking into account the relevant applicable Rules of the ECL in this regard.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
