Apprehending arrest in connection with Balagarh P. S. case no.189 of dated 24.11.2020 under Sections 341/323/325/326/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has filed the present application. Mr. Ray, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is an existing civil dispute pertaining to a property between the father of the petitioner and the complainant. The petitioner has been falsely implicated and there are no incriminating materials against the petitioner. He further submits that an anticipatory bail application has been preferred by the mother of the petitioner and in the same, an interim protention has been granted. In view thereof, custodial detention of the petitioner is not necessary The learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner and draws our attention to several documents in the case diary.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials in the case diary, the injury report and the nature of

allegations, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 172 of 2021, is, thus, rejected.
