Mr. Daur, learned Advocate appears for the respondents and submits that the very tender which was challenged in the writ petition, has subsequently been awarded to the petitioner on October, 30, 2025.

A copy of the letter, showing such award of the tender to the petitioner dated October 30, 2025, as produced in Court, be kept on record. 4.

In view of the aforestated, the writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
