Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 210 days and it has been submitted that the petitioner has been victimized and falsely implicated in connection with the instant case.

On the other hand learned advocate for the State submits that petitioner's name appear from the witnesses who is directly involved in the alleged offence.

Be that as it may, it has also been informed that the Court is at the stage of consideration of charges and the date has been fixed on 31st of March, 2026, having considered the stage of the case, at this point, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 84 of 2026 is rejected.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
