However, accommodation was sought for to file written instruction on behalf of the petitioners.

Today, when the matter is called on none appears on behalf of the petitioners nor any accommodation has been sought for.

State is represented.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 242 of 2024 stands dismissed for default.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
