Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharyya Mr. Kartick Chandra Kapas ....for the Contemnor nos.1 & 2 Two contempt applications are taken up analogously on alleged violation of the order dated 2nd August, 2022 passed by this Court on the connected writ petition. Today, the present District Inspector of Schools (PE), Malda has filed two separate affidavits of compliance which are taken on record.

From the affidavits of compliance filed today it appears that the Secretary, Malda District Primary School Council on issuing memo dated 22nd February, 2023 has accorded "A" category scale of pay in favour of the petitioners.

In view of issuance of memo dated 22nd February, 2023 by the alleged contemnor it appears that the order passed by this Court on 2nd August, 2022 stands complied with.

Accordingly, both the contempt applications stand disposed of and the contempt proceedings stand dropped.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
