Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is prior incident against the petitioner of the similar nature of offence. He draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there are past incident involving the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
