1. Let affidavit-of-service filed in Court be kept on record.

2. The petitioner alleges that the private respondent no. 10 runs three poultry farms adjacent to its plot and the same is causing extreme discomfort to the petitioner on account of wastage and copious odour from the said farms. The petitioner alleges that the said farms are all illegal. The petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent no. 8 sometime in December, 2024, which, till date, has not been considered.

3. Block Development Officer, respondent no. 8 herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of December 9, 2024, made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date, i.e. by December 6, 2025. He shall also intimate the result of consideration of such representation

to the petitioner by the aforestated date i.e. December 6, 2025.

4. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with the aforestated directions.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
