In re: CRAN 3 of 2022 This is an application for restoration. Petitioners seek to restore the application being C.R.R. 1742 of 1995 (Tarak Nath Kar & Ors.). It appears that the revisional application was dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on September 28, 2018, with the following observations:

"No one appears for the parties when the matter is taken up for hearing.

This revisional application has been filed challenging the impugned order.

I do not wish to interfere with the same. The revision petition is dismissed.

Rule, if issued, stands discharged.

Interim order, if any, is vacated."

I am of the view that the matter was not dismissed for default on September 28, 2018, by the Co-ordinate Bench. The

learned Judge declined to interfere with the order impugned in this revisional application.

This application for restoration is, therefore, not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. The application for condonation of delay being CRAN 4 of 2022 is also disposed of.
