No. 2 The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of proceedings under Section 420/120B if the Indian Penal Code being GR Case No. 1364 of 2018 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Calcutta.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, the private respondent and State are present.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the private respondent that the he has received instruction that the dispute in the present case has already been settled amicably between parties about two years back, though he has no written instruction. On the other hand, the

learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not responding to the text messages being sent to the petitioner informing about the hearing.

Considering the submissions of all the parties and the materials on record the present revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 45 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
