Agarwal, learned Counsel representing the opposite party/respondent have jointly submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court. The learned Counsel for the appellant on its instruction submits that the appellant is not willing to proceed with the matter any further in view of the settlement dated 4th December, 2020. Under such circumstances, FA 36 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
