Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appears on behalf of the private opposite party no.2.

Mr. Sur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears on behalf of the State and submits that both the case diaries are available.

In view of the submissions so made, the present revisional application being CRR 40 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.
